The folding tables in the back room are gone. Johnny's Bar now has four proper ten-seat poker tables: padded rails, fresh speed cloth and a cup holder at every seat. Johnny says the cup holders were not up for discussion.

That's room for forty players, so the big nights like the Tuesday Shootout no longer need extra chairs squeezed in.

The new tables will be in use from the Tuesday Freezeout on 27 October. Thanks to Johnny, and to everyone who stayed late to help carry the old ones out.
